Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Concurrently, she completed studies at the Institute of European Studies of the Catholic University of Lublin. Ms Nowosadzka wrote her master’s thesis in the Department of Labour Law under the supervision of Prof. Teresa Liszcz, Ph.D. entitled: “Compulsory employment of convicts – legal issues” and in the Department of European Union Law entitled: “Acts of unfair competition in advertising”. She has been working with the law firm since 2015.
She specializes in litigation, bankruptcy law, including consumer bankruptcy. She has extensive experience in providing ongoing services to housing communities and cooperatives. Her interests also include personal data protection law. She represents clients in criminal, commercial and administrative cases. Apart from cooperating with entrepreneurs, she conducts civil cases on behalf of natural persons. She participates in divorce, child custody, and child support cases.
