Graduate of the Arbitration Academy organised by ECA, doctoral student at the Chair of Commercial Law (Institute of Civil Law) at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. Master’s thesis entitled “Securing a claim for exclusion of a shareholder by suspending the exercise of shareholder rights” written under the supervision of Prof. Katarzyna Bilewska. Martyna B. Szczygielska specializes in civil law, commercial law and securities law, providing services in this field to domestic and foreign entities. Her experience includes drafting contracts, legal opinions, memoranda, participating in mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in mediations in the field of broadly understood commercial law. She also assists in the preparation of due diligence analyses concerning corporate and real estate matters.
